treatment instructions
Please remember that flags and banners are exposed to extremely high environmental and weather influences. To ensure that you can enjoy your product for a long time, you should definitely follow the following instructions for treatment and cleaning.
Treatment
- Flags must be hoisted in such a way that they can blow freely and do not hit masts, trees, walls, fences, power lines, etc. Flags should always be taken down in storms.
- The lifespan of banner flags can be noticeably extended by attaching a ring band or storm protection.
- It is important to wash the products in a timely manner. If they are too dirty, a satisfactory washing result can no longer be achieved.
- Any damage to the flag must be repaired immediately to avoid further compromising its durability. In addition, a damaged flag will certainly not have the desired advertising effect.
washing, drying, ironing
- It is advisable to remove all hard parts that could cause damage before washing. If this is not possible, simply wrap these parts with fabric.
- The care instructions on the flag labels must be strictly observed.
- Our polyester flags and banners can be washed in any household washing machine using a branded detergent at 40°C.
- ATTENTION IMPORTANT: Before washing, the flags must be soaked in clear, cold water for several hours, preferably overnight.
- After washing, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- To dry the flags, it is best to hang them up while they are still dripping wet or to hoist them on the flagpole.
- Ironing flags and banners is not recommended and is not necessary for outdoor use.
dry cleaning
- Chemical cleaning of the products is generally not recommended, as the solvents used mean that no guarantee can be given for the colour fastness.

- Repair work will be carried out in our house at short notice.
